Glycolic acid (4%) - Eliminates dead cells and stimulates cell renewal to improve skin texture and appearance.

Apply soft cleanser to dry or damp skin, depending on the level of exfoliation your skin needs.

When applied to dry skin, the exfoliating acids remain more potent, offering a deeper resurfacing effect before being rinsed off. This method is ideal when you want a more intensive exfoliation.

When applied to damp skin, the presence of water begins to neutralize the acids slightly, resulting in a gentler cleanse—perfect for more sensitive or reactive skin days.

Massage gently using upward strokes, starting from the base of the neck and moving toward the forehead to encourage circulation and support facial muscle tone. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Soft Cleanser is formulated for daily use, but as with all active products, introduce gradually and adjust based on your skin's tolerance.

Apply Soft Cleanser to dry skin first. Water can dilute active ingredients like AHAs. Massage in, let it sit briefly, then add water and rinse.

AHAs (like glycolic or lactic acid) work best at a certain pH and concentration. Applying them to dry skin can allow them to penetrate more effectively before water dilutes them.

Many professional cleansers (especially exfoliating ones) are designed to be massaged onto dry skin first for this reason.

Adding water too early can indeed reduce the potency or efficacy of active ingredients like AHAs.
