At Bare Solutions, we want you to feel safe, informed, and genuinely cared for. These terms are here to make sure you know what to expect — and to help us give every client the best possible experience.

By booking a treatment, buying a product, or using our website or booking system, you agree to the terms below.

About Us

Bare Solutions AB (Org.nr: 559091–5228) runs this clinic, website, and online store.

You need to be:

  • 18 years or older, or

  • Have permission from a parent or legal guardian

Please make sure the information you give us is correct and up to date.

Treatments & Your Safety

Your safety and results always come first.

We offer professional skin and hair removal treatments, including facials, laser hair removal, and microneedling.

To make sure treatments are safe and suitable for you:

  • Some treatments need a consultation or patch test first

  • You must tell us about any medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, allergies, or skin issues

  • Please fill in all consultation and GDPR forms honestly

If we believe a treatment is not safe or suitable on the day, we may need to:

  • Change the treatment plan

  • Postpone your treatment

  • Decline treatment for your safety

We are fully insured and follow local health and safety regulations.

Coming to Your Appointment

To keep the clinic calm, private, and hygienic for everyone:

  • Please come to your appointment alone

  • We can’t have children, friends, or family in treatment rooms or waiting areas

This helps every client feel relaxed, respected, and cared for.

If You’re Running Late

Please don’t rush or stress.

  • Reply to your SMS reminder to let us know

  • We’ll do our best to help where possible

  • Your treatment time may need to be shorter so we don’t delay the next client

Cancellations, Changes & No-Shows

We understand that life happens — just let us know as soon as you can.

Our cancellation policy

  • You can cancel or move your appointment up to 24 hours before with no charge

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or not turning up, are charged 50% of the treatment price

How to cancel

  • Please cancel by email so we have a clear record

  • Even if it’s short notice, email is the best way

  • Please don’t cancel through social media — we may not see it in time

If we need to move your appointment

Sometimes things like staff illness happen. If we need to change your booking:

  • We’ll contact you as soon as possible and offer you the next suitable available time
  • We do our best to stay on schedule, but sometimes treatments can take a little longer than expected. If needed, we may contact you to ask if you’re able to adjust your appointment time by 15–20 minutes.
  • For your own peace of mind, we recommend leaving some flexibility after your visit, as small delays can occasionally happen.

Preparing for Your Treatment

Good results often start before you even arrive.

  • Consultations are available if you’re unsure what to book

  • Some treatments need preparation in the weeks before, please make sure that you are well informed of our Before & Aftercare Information before booking. 

You’re always welcome to take time to think after a consultation before booking.

Prices & Payments

All prices are in SEK and include VAT where required.

We accept payments through:

  • Shopify

  • Stripe

  • Zettle

  • Klarna (for online purchases or payment plans)

If you use Klarna, Klarna handles your payment and questions about invoices or plans should be directed to them.

Buying Products & Returns

Under EU consumer law:

  • You have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order

  • Products must be unused and unopened for hygiene reasons

  • Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty
