Do I need a consultation first?
Some treatments require a consultation before booking.
If you’re unsure, email us and we’ll guide you to the right next step.
Privacy in clinic
We respect the privacy and wellbeing of all our clients. Some treatments can be personal or emotionally sensitive, and some clients require extra privacy.
To help us maintain a calm, private environment, we ask that you attend your appointment alone and do not bring family, friends, or children.
If you need a translator or personal support, please contact us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Cancellations and changes
We understand that life and schedules can change.
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please contact us by email or via our contact page so we can help you as smoothly as possible.
You’re also welcome to reply by SMS to your booking confirmation if you need to let us know you’re running late or need help adjusting your time.
We recommend reviewing our cancellation policy before your appointment so there are no surprises.

Payment, gift cards & friskvård
Payment options
We accept card and Swish.
If you need to pay with Klarna, please contact us in advance.
Please note that we do not accept cash.
Gift cards
Bring your gift card or gift card number to reception when it’s time to pay.
Friskvård
We offer friskvård in three ways:
- Pay via one of our partner apps: Benify, Benefits or Edenred
- Pay at reception and receive a friskvård receipt (kvitto) for your employer
Please note that friskvård is only available for treatments approved by Skatteverket.
