Your Care, Comfort & Results Matter to Us

At our clinic, we're dedicated to helping you feel confident in your skin by offering solutions for both hair removal and skin concerns. We work in a calm, professional setting where every client is respected and cared for individually. Our intention is always to be inclusive, welcoming, and attentive to your needs — creating a safe space where you feel informed, heard, and well taken care of.

To provide you with the best possible care and results, we’ve set a few guidelines to support both you and our team:

Arriving to your appointment

We kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment. Out of care for all our clients and to meet important health and safety standards, we are unable to accommodate children, family members, or friends during treatments. This helps us maintain a peaceful and focused environment for everyone.

If you are late:

Please do not stress. Send us an SMS (reply to your SMS auto reminder) and let us know. We stay updated, you stay safe by not rushing and we can communicate calmly about time.

Your Health & Safety

We want to tailor your treatment safely and effectively. That’s why we ask you to inform us of any changes to your health or skin condition, even if they seem minor. For some treatments, we send out a consultation form in advance — your answers help us prepare the right treatment plan for you.

We also ask that you fill in all paperwork thoroughly, including our Integrity & GDPR form. This ensures you understand how your personal information is handled and protected with care.

Understanding Your Treatment

We believe informed clients get the best results. If you ever feel unsure, we offer free consultations where you can ask questions and explore your options. We encourage you to take time after a consultation to reflect before booking a treatment.

Some treatments are most effective when your skin or hair is prepped in the weeks leading up to your visit, and we’re always here to guide you through that process.

Cancellations

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
All cancellations should be sent by email so we have a clear date and time record. Even if it's less than 24 hours’ notice, email ensures your cancellation is received.

Please avoid cancelling through social media or text, as we may not see those messages in time.
