A calm, informed approach to smart skin healing.
To get the most from your treatment, it’s important to prepare your skin gently and support it afterwards as it heals.
Microneedling Prep Timeline
6–4 Weeks Before Your Consultation (if not done yet)
- Book a consultation to assess your skin and discuss goals.
- Begin gentle skincare habits: avoid harsh scrubs and stay consistent with cleansing, moisturising, and SPF.
- Start noting any medications, supplements, or health changes to discuss with your therapist.
2 Weeks Before Treatment
- Vitamins & nutrition: Focus on nutrients that support skin healing and collagen production:Vitamin C (citrus, berries)Vitamin A (carrots, sweet potatoes, leafy greens)Zinc (pumpkin seeds, nuts, lean meats)Protein-rich foods to support tissue repair
- Hydration: Drink plenty of water daily to keep your skin plump and resilient.
- Sleep: Aim for 7–9 hours per night — collagen renewal happens during deep sleep.
