Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) from the time you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.
Within Sweden: Standard Shipping (PostNord): 1–3 business days
International Shipping: If you are outside Sweden, please contact us at hello@baresolutions.se . In some cases, international shipping can be arranged upon request.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur customs fees, import duties, or VAT once the shipment arrives in the destination country.
These charges are not covered by Bare Solutions AB and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to you. Bare Solutions AB is not liable for lost or damaged shipments.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging and the damaged items until the claim has been completed.

Choose the Local Pickup option at checkout. Orders are typically ready within 1 business day , and we will notify you via email or SMS when it is ready for collection.
For a smoother experience, we recommend booking a pickup time through our booking calendar under the Reception category. This helps us stay organised and communicate clearly if any delays occur.
